The 6'6" Tortuagas 30-60# rod features our very own fast tapered Connley Fishing E-glass rod blank complete with heavy duty turbo ring guides and a black and gold aluminum reel seat and gimbal. They have a 12" EVA foam fore grip and 10" back grip. The Tortugas has a super sensitive tip section with a serious amount of power right behind it to give you plenty of lifting power to raise big stubborn fish. It is a great live bait rod Kingfish, Dolphin, Stripers and Bonito, kite fishing for Sailfish or drifting the reefs for big Snapper and Grouper! Also, you can't forget the inshore Tarpon and Cobia, you will love running down a Tarpon with this rod. Many customers tell us that this is their favorite bottom fishing rod for pulling Grouper and Snapper out of reefs and ledges.
