This is a great all around, general purpose spinning rod designed to be fished with 15-20# line. The Striper fisherman just love this rod. In the South we use this rod for a lightweight boat spinning rod for schooly Dolphin. Use any medium sized spinning reel such as a Shimano Baitrunner 6000 with 15-20# line and you will be very pleased with this tough little spinner!
